The renovation of Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski Dresden required a delicate repositioning to retain long-term employees and guests while aligning with Kempinski’s global brand standards and attracting new talent.

Collaborating closely with Kempinski, we ensured the hotel harmonized with its sister properties, the Hotel Adlon and Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten München.
